About Dunkel Engineering
Dunkel Engineering is an engineer-led Swiss electronics company. We design our own products — and build them ourselves.
Development and production under one roof means short paths, full control over quality and supply chain, and products built exactly as they were drawn. Our own SMD line manufactures our product series — and takes on selected assembly jobs for clients.
The name says it all: we turn light into power. Solar and power electronics operating at the maximum power point — and connected low-power devices engineered to run as long as possible on as little energy as possible: Nordic nRF, STM32, BLE, WiFi, LoRa, GPS, displays.
This manufacturing expertise doesn't come from a catalogue: we built our own electronics production with SMD assembly in Hong Kong and have worked with assembly partners in China and Hong Kong for over ten years — experience our clients benefit from today, whether production runs in Switzerland or in Asia.
